Director of Human Resources

InTouch Health seeks a Director of Human Resources to work closely with its senior leadership team to help solidify our strong values-oriented culture, lead the company's talent acquisition process to ensure we hire the best and the brightest available, and provide structure and methodology for organizational and people development. The ideal candidate for this key position will combine a strong IQ with a strong EQ (Emotional Quotient). More specifically, they will get along well with people, be able to assess the strengths and weaknesses of the organization and its people, be willing and able to tactfully challenge the status quo, and understand the fundamental importance of building confidence and trust in the HR function.
Core Responsibilities:
* Design, implement and maintain talent management programs including new talent acquisition, new hire
orientation, training coordination, and performance management
* Develop and maintain policies, procedures and programs related to HR function
* Provide counsel in the development and implementation of company compensation programs consistent with
organization's strategic and operational objectives
* Manage all fiscal aspects of the position including budget preparation and management
* Manage all HR related administrative functions including the development and maintenance of the employee
handbook, and the administration of 401K, workers comp and health benefits
* Manage HR compliance risk thoroughly but practically
* Implement and maintain a "best practice" partnership with all company functions
Required Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
* Good judgment a must!
* Foundational and practical knowledge of employment law
* Knowledge and experience in handling employee relations
* Experience in managing programs related to compensation, performance management, and benefits administration
* Working knowledge and experience in financial budgeting
* Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and HRIS systems
Qualifications:
* Requires a bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience in Human Resource Management, including 3+ years in
managing talent acquisition
* Proven track record as a team player, culture caretaker and business partner
