Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities:
* Transition new designs to manufacturing.
* Design test processes and fixtures.
* Specify components to replace obsolete off-the-shelf components.
* Develop production processes for new designs.
* Root cause PCA and system failures.
* Drive investigation of deviant parts.
* Clarify part requirements with suppliers.
* Enhance existing production and quality assurance procedures to improve yield and reliability.
* Perform product safety testing for regulatory compliance.
* Test and debug printed circuit assemblies.
Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
* Knowledge of quality systems
* Experience with production of electromechanical systems
* Good writing skills
* Strong organizational and communication skills
Qualifications:
* AA Electronics (or equivalent) and proven work experience with electronic/computer or electromechanical systems or Electrical
Engineering
* Must be able to move/transport robots, weighing over 200 lbs with wheeled assistance.
* Must be able to lift up to 50lb.
