Marketing Coordinator

Under the general direction of the Trade Show & Events Planner, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating company meetings, trainings and small conferences.

Responsibilities:
* Meetings and Smaller Conferences
   - Negotiates meeting venue, accommodations & catering in coordination with Marketing staff.
   - Coordinates Team activities, materials and travel.
   - Coordinates small conference exhibit space, services, attendees, shipping and materials.
   - Maintains smaller booth properties.
   - Collects leads and prepares quarterly summation after all trade shows, conferences, etc.
* Annual Forum
   - Responsible for guest relations, budget tracking, staff coordination and forum materials.
   - Assists with general forum planning, faculty and sponsor relations.

Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
* Strong organizational planning and execution skills are essential.
* Excellent communication, collaboration and teamwork are vital.
* Must be able to manage projects with limited direction, and work both independently or with a team.
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications:
* BA or equivalent business experience required.
* 1-2 years marketing coordination and meeting planning experience preferred. (Will consider recent college
   graduate with minimum 1-2 years business experience.)
