Product Manager for SureCONNECT
The Product Manager for SureCONNECT is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product life cycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, marketing, regulatory, sales and support services to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that InTouch products support the company's overall strategy and goals.
The Product Manager is Expected to:
* Drive product strategy and roadmap.
* Deliver concise product requirements and enhancement roadmaps with prioritized features and corresponding justification.
* Drive organizational efforts to timely completion of product-related goals.
* Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
* Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and prototypes.
* Be an expert with respect to the customer needs, competition, and market evolution.
* Act as a leader within the company.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
* 3 years experience as a Product Manager, or 5+ years equivalent industry experience
* Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
* Passion for well-designed technology-oriented products
* Attention to detail in planning, competitive analysis, market assessment, product roadmaps, etc.
* Familiarity with Cloud Based Computing services/products
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group presentations
* Keen ability to synthesize a wide range of information to create compelling, actionable conclusions
* Excellent teamwork skills
* Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
* Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
* Technical background, with experience in medical device preferred
* Must be able to travel 30% of the time.
