Clinical Services Director - West
Responsibilities:
* Works with hospital operations and service line team members on strategy development, planning and implementation of
Remote Presence (RP) telehealth solutions.
* Works on health system/hospital financial, clinical and operations planning to provide a comprehensive business plan for
RP telehealth solutions.
* Manages field based implementation of RP telehealth solutions strategy development, strong organizational planning and
project management.
* Works through hospital environments to organize functional teams for planning and implementation.
* Leads group meetings and planning sessions with actionable outcomes.
* Works effectively with hospital customers, physicians, field sales organization, account management and field engineering
teams, and corporate team.
* Communicates and presents effectively at all levels including hospital C-suite, service line executives and
nursing/clinical operations.
Knowledge, Skills and Ability:
* 5 to 8 years hospital service line managerial or director level responsibilities including P&L
* Prefer specialty services background such as neurosciences, critical care, pediatrics/neonatology, cardiovascular or other.
* Prefer candidate who has crossed over from hospital into health care industry corporation or consulting firm.
* Comfortable with advanced medical therapies and/or changing hospital care processes.
Qualifications:
* MBA, MPH, RN or equivalent experience required.
Working Conditions:
* Travel up to 75%, including extensive overnight travel
