Region Account Manager
The Region Account Manager (RAM) provides pre- and post-sales customer support and technical product advice for the development and implementation of customer solutions using InTouch Health's remote presence telehealth solutions.
This salaried, non-commissioned, support position provides sales presentation/demo support to our Region Sales team, as well as installation support and post-sales consulting. Provides follow-up support to customers on the use of InTouch products at their hospital.
Responsibilities:
* Defines need and provides necessary initial on-site customer training including physician and support staff.
* Assesses customer confidence and competence while actively advancing accounts toward achieving independence and full utilization
of ITH technology.
* Demonstrates a high level of skill and effectiveness in customer training activities.
* Develops and maintains collaborative and value-added relationships with customers and ITH colleagues.
* Communicates regularly and effectively with other ITH colleagues including Sales and Product Specialist teams.
* Manages all relevant customer information and distributes as needed.
* Demonstrates a high degree of personal organization & effective management & utilization of marketing material & training tools.
* Demonstrates and maintains a high degree of technical understanding of ITH products and related wireless tools and technologies.
* Demonstrates strong team commitment and positive attitude among colleagues.
Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess 2-3 years of pre- or post-sale account management experience in medical device, capital equipment or healthcare sales. Clinical experience and some technical experience supporting sales of high tech or wireless equipment is preferred.

InTouch Health offers a competitive base salary for this position including a quarterly paid bonus program. This is a full-time, non-commission exempt position. Travel up to 50% may be required.
